ALT-D assisted Kone on building them an Incentive management system for their Middle East and Africa operations; they had thousands of raw data to be analyzed before computing sales incentive. With the portal, ALT-D Developed, Kone’s sales incentive management got automated from an earlier mode of excel based calculations. Now they can configure incentives for each role and based on each country the incentive rate can also be configured.
